Brandi and Kandi from my 600lb life – where are they now?

Twin sisters Brandi and Kandi Dreier underwent bariatric surgery by Texas-based physician Dr. Younan Nowzaradan (commonly known as “Dr. Now”), and the TLC reality series “My 600-Lb Life” documented their experiences. The surgery on both twins was approved by Nowzaradan, but Kandi hit a major obstacle when her heart stopped while she was being treated in intensive care unit (ICU) for post-operative issues.

Fortunately, Brandi and Kandi both survived the experience. After the twins contacted People, Kandi informed the publication that she was fine, adding, “There have been no additional setbacks. It’s like it never happened.” Brandi and Kandi are both said to have shed 200 pounds. at the time of that interview.

Many fans have been wondering what happened to Brandi and Kandi and how the sisters are doing since they last appeared on TLC due to their medical and personal struggles that were revealed on their episode of “My 600-Lb Life.”

Brandi and Kandi Dreier are doing well

Despite the initial uncertainty about their recovery, it seems that Brandi and Kandi Dreier are doing well since Dr. Nowzaradan performed their operations on them. Some of Kandi’s Facebook posts, including sporadic images of her and her twin sister posing together, have been made public. The picture of the two sisters makes them both glow, and Kandi captioned it, “How lucky to have her as my other half.” According to Kandi’s tagging from her sister Brandi, Kandi is the one in the green shirt on the left and Brandi is the one in the dark blue shirt on the right in the photo above.

Brandi married Femi Mark Eijs, whose full last name appears to be Ejioye, after she and Kandi were featured in the follow-up series “My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now?” Femi Ejioye and Brandi Dreier were reported to have received a divorce decree in a September 2021 divorce announcement in The Columbian, suggesting they are now legally separated.

Kandi lists herself as a relationship on her Facebook site, but she doesn’t post publicly often enough to reveal much about her love life.

Brandi Dreier is a mother of two children

In addition to her marriage and divorce, Brandi Dreier has welcomed two children during her time on ‘My 600-lb Life’. She allegedly kept her second pregnancy a secret and has two children with her ex-husband: one born in June 2018 and one born in October 2020.

Brandi’s sister Kandi Dreier has often referred to her nieces by the nicknames “Boog” and “Goob”, the latter being the younger of the two, even though she and her ex-husband have chosen not to reveal their children’s names to be made public. . The abbreviation Kandi seems to use with her sister’s children is ‘TT’ or ‘Titi’.

Brandi openly asked for recommendations for a photo studio to take family photos of her in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic after the birth of her second child, to take pictures of her second born daughter when she was a newborn.
